Winery Description: Johan Vineyards is an estate winery located near Rickreall, Oregon, in the Van Duzer Corridor of the Willamette Valley. Established in 2005 by Dag Johan Sundby and his father, Nils Dag Sundby, the winery operates a certified organic and biodynamic vineyard encompassing approximately 87 acres of vines on a 175 acre property. Its wines include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Blaufränkisch, Melon de Bourgogne and sparkling wines. The estate also supplies grapes to other Oregon wineries. In 2021, the winery was acquired by an investment group led by Katherine Banks.
